In 2019, Roger started posting YouTube videos, creating longer and better videos, becoming named "The Expert Plumber" by American Standard. Fast forward to 2020 and Roger's subscribers grew to over 400k. 

With the growth he experienced on social media, Roger was able to grow and eventually sell his own plumbing company. The interest in his videos and channel is still continuously growing , currently having over 1 Million followers across all his social platforms, 62 Million views on YouTube, and over 9.9 Million likes on TikTok. He has partnered with some of the biggest companies in the industry like: Lowes, Furgeson, Milwaukee and more! 

As the largest biggest plumbing Influencer on social media and seeing the impact he has, Roger uses his platform to empower his community. He has launched a series of brands to serve and uplift people in the trades (The Trade Talks, and The Trades Academy). Today he teaches plumbing, how to get into the trades, and how to start and grow companies using Social Media.
